Here you will find some common and not so common issues I have encounterd while doing home inspections.  If you are planning on a home purchase you may have some of these same issues.  I find these and other issues on a regular basis.  These problems can be found in any home old or new.    I rarely ever do a home inspection that I don’t find something wrong.   As you will see some of these are quite major in nature.   If you are planning to purchase a new home you should consider having an inspection done.
