Hi sorry I am just getting back to you. I have received and printed the report. I am very impressed. It was very easy to follow and the photos were a big help when writting up the items of concern. the photos helped me see what you were talking about and made it easier for me to follow.

Just wanted to say thanks for the last minute help inspecting our house on Hartland Pkwy.  Hopefully we can get everything fixed that we listed and move in late December.  If things don’t turn out so optimistically, we will definitely call you for our next house.  Your report looked great and was very thorough; I was impressed that you were able to get it to us so fast.  Thanks so much again for your time and efficiency and I will recommend you, of course to our friends who are in the market for a new house.

Thanks for sending the report so quickly and for all the hard work that you put into it. We think you did a great job.  You were much more thorough than other inspectors that we have had in other states.  The written report was easy to read and doing the positive things as well as the negative things on the front of the report was great.  it really condensed everything into a short concise report that you can check off as you fix without going through and listing those things yourself as you read.
